I was lucky enough to be taught from an early age basic cooking skills and over time I learnt the importance of eating well and taking regular exercise and its positive impact to our overall health and wellbeing. I aim to help inspire people achieve a healthy, balanced lifestyle through food and exercise.
My passion for food comes from having cooking lessons at a local college from the age of 10, and the nutrition side from a fascination for how foods can fuel the body. I went onto study food and nutrition at college and University, before entering the food industry working for various food manufacturers building up my work experience in product development for a few years. I began working for Jamie Oliver in 2008 and after a number of promotions and becoming a Registered Nutritionist I worked my way up to ‘Head of Nutrition’. Having worked for Jamie for almost 10 years and having my son during this time, in 2017 I decided to take the leap to go it alone into the freelance world!
Exercise is an integral part of my life. I’m a keen runner having run many half and full marathons around the world. On a day to day basis I also love HIIT workouts and training at the gym. As of Summer 2019 I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer through Future Fit Training.

How I Work
I am based in Berkshire and work remotely, but commute regularly into London and the Home Counties for projects and meetings. I am flexible and available to work on long or short term projects. Feel free to get in touch to discuss any potential opportunities to work together.
